Sarkoth Gold Farming

This is a guide for farming gold off of a constant boss named Sarkoth

1. Select the "Legacy of Cain" quest and the second part called "Explore Cellar". Start the game. This can be done at lower difficulties if you do not have a level 60.

2. Use the Waypoint to travel to "The Old Ruins".

3. Run Northwest until you find the cellar to the north. You will pass a checkpoint, making this farming method even faster if you continue to do it more than once.It is named "Dank Cellar". This cellar is not always open, if it is not, restart the game and look for it again.

4. Enter the cellar and you should see Sarkoth and 4-5 members of his pack. If you play a ranged class this group is extremely easy. You can stay behind the doorway and kill the entire group without even being attacked. If you are a melee class you will have to get your hands dirty, but these mobs die quickly and don't hit too hard.

5. This will be your reward. It this particular run was done on Inferno, with 259% Gold Find. If you get more gold find, this will be even more lucrative for you.

6. Teleport to town and resume game. You should start at the checkpoint at the beginning of "New Tristram". A run should take about 20 seconds if the cellar is closed and about a 45 seconds if you get to kill him.

This was my reward from just one run! 6024 Gold and a blue. Gems and rares / legendaries are extremely common here.
